Small dogs under 10 pounds are allowed in a fully enclosed carrier that fits by the passenger's legs. Cats and other animals are not allowed. Service animals trained to assist a passenger with a disability are allowed without a carrier. Shutto complies with the ADA.

Passengers may reschedule their trip up to 4 hours before departure with no additional fee. After that window, tickets cannot be modified.

Yes. A $5 airport pickup fee per passenger applies when boarding at airport pickup locations.
